The Question: Book Review – Funny Story of Snow and Worry
This book was fitting considering we are expecting about 9 inches of snow today! This story made me chuckle out loud several times and my 12 year old really thought it was funny. She’s been trying to find ways to get out of school for weeks, and the thought of snow was a relief to her.
What made this funny, is that the story takes you through every worry a family might have while being stuck in bad weather for a prolonged amount of time. But, the question that comes at the end is a suprize because you get so caught up in the story line and the great rhyming of verse.
Another thing that’s great about these ebooks from KiteReaders is that they are enhanced which means there’s a read aloud option. The author will actually read the story to you. Check it out in the video!
I am a KiteReader ambassador and got the book free to read, but we did really love this book.

The weather here in NYC has been horrible. Basically, every other day is a snow or ice extravaganza. At least we don’t have to shovel.

That read aloud feature is awesome for kids. I wish my books had that when I was little.

We don’t suffer with cold weather and the associated problems – hard to imagine what that is like 🙂
